Joy Al-Saady joined Galaxy Plastics LTD earlier this year in the role of Human Resources Manager.
Her role encompasses all aspects of human resources for our organization across Canada. Among other things, this includes solidifying our Leadership, Decision making, Listening, Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Having been in the industry for over 2 decades, Joy brings a wealth of knowledge to the human side of our business.
She has been described as Fair, Dependable, Honest and Respectful by team members. She is an active member and in good standing for Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
Joy also gives back to the community in support of local charities. Currently residing on the Board of Directors in the role of “Recruitment Director”.
